How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our online store. Select your item, choose your size/color, and checkout securely. Or contact us via WhatsApp for further assessment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at bluverty@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 10–15 business days. Express delivery: 3–5 business days (depending on your location).
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
How do I request a return?

Are returns free?
